RAK week 2025

RAK week was to give us the opportunity to share ideas and talk about things that may not be in our everyday life. I think how it impacted our Te whare tapa wha is how we were all being kind to each other and not mean maybe.

We went to clean the tagging on the sign, we went to pick up rubbish downtown for Random acts of kindness, so that other people can see how kind we are to people and that we can clean up.

My group made some mirror quotes to stick on the bathroom mirror so that when you look and read it you could at least be inspired from that quote and in all ways remember “you are just you”.

A group of students baked a bunch of cookies to give away to teachers that have been kind.

MY HOLIDAY

on the holidays I went to my Aunty’s house on Monday so we could celebrate her 35th birthday. then the next day we got up at 4:00pm so we could go to Auckland and go to time zone for my cousins birthday a few hours later we lift to go ice skating Lazer tag and mini golf. when I was ice skating I fell like five time and the rest of them fell over like more then Twinty times. then at like 6:00pm we went out for dinner at hot pot since my uncles so rich. everyone was being a little eggs to me for no reason and I just got Hoha so I ran away to my Aunty’s house and her name is Marama where I didn’t remember where she live so I got lost and went to a house that looked so femilyer and it was my nany’s house i stayed there for the night but in the morning I asked my nan if I can ring my mum so I told her where I was and she was angry at me because of them not me I told her what happen that night and she did not believe me. and there it was I got angry at her!

LIfe Jackets

Today we had water safety with Matua Stratton. We learnt about how to  be safe in the watter and what to do if we  need help.

Put your hand  up if need help

If you’re  cold bring your knees towards your head .

If your in a group and one kid is cold put them in the middle for body heat. We also learned that if your in the water and your life jacket is adave your ears then it cannot fit or it is to big.
